The role of Scores in clinical research

Acronyms like HHS, OSS, KSS, VAS, SF-12 are all clinical scores that surgeons use to evaluate patients' health, depending on the joint of interest.
Some require clinical evaluation, while others rely on patients' self-evaluation of the levels of pain they feel and the quality of movement after undergoing surgery.
Our Clinical Department collects and organises the scores for each of LimaCorporate's products as evidence of their safety and effectiveness to patients. They are also responsible for actively training colleagues so that they can be of further support to surgeons in the OR.
